$26,500 Grant Awarded to Port Royal Sound Foundation

Okatie, SC, April 18, 2018– On March 21, 2018 Community Foundation of the Lowcountry awarded a Community Impact Grant in the amount of $26,500 to the Port Royal Sound Foundation (PRSF) for development of their Campus Master Plan. Community Impact Grants are program grants which stimulate and help launch new programs and projects; or help focus, enhance, and/or expand and organization’s existing programs and services. The master plan will guide the PRSF Board of Trustees and staff in decisions that support the mission and goals of the Foundation. A visual representation of the master plan will be used to communicate with potential donors and the public about continued growth of the PRSF campus.

“The Port Royal Sound Foundation is so honored to receive this important grant from the Community Foundation of the Lowcountry. As a young organization, this grant provides us the opportunity to make important decisions based on professional recommendations and position ourselves to make the greatest impact on our community.”
