The Port Royal Sound Foundation renovated the former Lemon Island Marina to establish the Maritime Center, an engaging and exciting educational experience for all. The Maritime Center opened in November 2014 and features exhibits, live animals, as well as indoor and outdoor hands-on educational opportunities where visitors of all ages can learn about the Port Royal Sound.

Guided tours are generally $10/person with a group minimum of 10 people. If you are bringing a group (10+), but don’t want a guided tour, PRSF respectfully requests advance notice.
Bus information: Our parking lot offers plenty of room for bus parking.
Bridge clearance is 11’6″.
