The Port Royal Sound Foundation is proud to present the 1st Annual Port Royal Sound Inshore Slam Fishing Tournament to support education, research, and conservation in the Port Royal Sound watershed. The Inshore Slam is a 10-day, catch-photo-release fishing tournament in the Port Royal Sound watershed. With over $10,000* in cash and prizes, all anglers have an opportunity to win and provide SCDNR with valuable catch data. Fish species and lengths will be photo-recorded by each participant using the MyCatch phone app and shared with SCDNR researchers. Don’t worry, fishing locations will not be shared!

We are centrally located in Beaufort County, where S.C. 170 crosses the Chechessee River. Just take the right exit from either direction at the bridge.
