Sound Vision Webinar | Free (donations welcome)

Katherine Seeber, Archaeologist & PhD student at Birmingham University will discuss who lived in the Port Royal Sound area before European colonization, how they lived here, and what happened to them. The geography of the Port Royal Sound has made it the perfect place for humans to settle thousands of years ago. Learn about the first humans in this area, their descendants who thrived here for thousands of years, and the massive destruction European invasion brought in the 16th and 17th centuries to the Port Royal Sound Native American communities.
