On March 29, 2022, the Port Royal Sound Foundation (PRSF) received a grant from The Bargain Box of Hilton Head for operating support. This funding is critical as PRSF enhances educational programming – including increasing summer camp from four weeks to six weeks and introducing an Adult Pluff Mudder camp. The Foundation is also expanding research initiatives on the Port Royal Sound.
